Melcor Developments is a family-controlled business that has quietly built a reputation as one of Alberta's premier development companies. Governed by a board of directors and publicly traded on the TSX under the symbol MRD, Melcor has 100 years of real estate excellence and has proudly shaped much of Alberta's urban landscape. We acquire and plan land for the development residential neighbourhoods and commercial sites. We have developed over 170 residential neighbourhoods, primarily in Alberta but also in Kelowna BC, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ and in California.
